Welcome to Your EFT Journey: Where Science Meets Healing
Hello! I'm Emily, a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics, and I'm thrilled to introduce you to the transformative world of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My journey to EFT began during my career as a Cardiac Nurse and Heart Transplant Coordinator, where I witnessed firsthand the limitations of traditional Western healthcare, particularly in addressing mental health challenges.

My Personal Journey
Like many of you, I've walked the challenging path of mental health struggles, dealing with anxiety, PTSD, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Despite seeking help through traditional therapists, psychiatrists, inpatient treatment facilities, and various medications, it wasn't until I discovered EFT that I began experiencing real, lasting improvement in my mental health.
What is EFT?
EFT, also known as tapping, is a scientifically proven method that works with your body's subtle energy system. It uses the same meridian pathways recognized in traditional Chinese medicine and utilized by acupuncturists. The key difference? Instead of needles, we use our fingertips to tap on specific acupressure points just below the skin's surface, making it completely non-invasive and pain-free.
This technique was pioneered in the 1980s by psychotherapist Dr. Roger Callahan, who developed Thought Field Therapy (TFT) while treating a patient with a severe water phobia. Gary Craig, a student of Dr. Callahan, later simplified the technique into what we now know as EFT.

The Science Behind EFT
EFT is simple an effective and the effectiveness isn't just anecdotal – it's backed by impressive scientific research:
• A 2019 study in the Journal of Evidence Based Integrated Medicine showed that participants in a four-day EFT workshop experienced significant improvements in anxiety, depression, PTSD, pain, and cravings, along with increased happiness levels and improved physiological markers of stress and immune function.
• Even more remarkably, research published in Healthcare revealed that a single hour of EFT can regulate 72 genes involved in:
◦ Learning and memory
◦ Neural white matter regeneration
◦ Enhanced synaptic connectivity
◦ Tumor suppression
◦ Insulin regulation
◦ Immune system function
◦ Antiviral activity
What Can EFT Help With?
• Anxiety and depression
• PTSD
• Phobias
• Chronic pain
• Insomnia
• Autoimmune conditions
• Addictions and cravings
Your EFT Journey
While you can experience improvements in just one session, most people find optimal results with 10-12 sessions. The beauty of EFT is that while it's best to start with a practitioner, you can learn to use it independently, taking this powerful tool with you wherever you go.
EFT works by helping you focus inward to surface emotions related to current issues or problems. Through the tapping process, we can release stuck emotions and restore balance to your meridian system, often in just minutes. This can help clear long-held blockages and limiting beliefs, leading to profound effects on your overall health and well-being.
